Slifter Digital Agency is a design and development practice founded and operated by Samuel Laughter (known professionally as SlifterBoss), based in Uyo, Nigeria. References to "we" or "us" throughout these terms mean Slifter Digital Agency.
This Site is provided to showcase our work, explain our services, and let prospective clients get in touch. Portfolio pieces shown on this Site that were produced for clients remain subject to the ownership terms agreed with those clients individually; showcasing a project here does not transfer any rights in it to you.

Information on this Site, including the Services listed and the pricing shown on the Pricing section, is provided as a general guide and does not constitute a binding offer or quote. Specific project scope, deliverables, timelines, revision allowances, and pricing are agreed individually with each client, typically following a discovery conversation, and are confirmed in writing (including via email or WhatsApp) before work begins.
A project is considered to have formally started once scope and terms have been mutually agreed, whether by written confirmation, a deposit payment, or another method we've agreed on with you directly.
Payment terms, including any deposit, milestone, or final payment structure, are set out individually for each engagement and are not fixed by this page. The number of included revision rounds for a given package is as described at the time of quoting and may differ from illustrative figures shown on the Pricing section of this Site, which serve as general guidance rather than a guarantee for every project.
Work beyond the agreed scope, or revisions requested beyond the agreed allowance, may be quoted and billed separately.
Where a project depends on content, assets, feedback, or approvals from you, timely delivery of those items is your responsibility. Delays in providing them may affect agreed project timelines.
This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. While we take reasonable care to keep information accurate and the Site functioning properly, we make no warranties, express or implied, about the completeness, reliability, or availability of the Site at all times. For work delivered under a specific client engagement, liability is governed by the terms agreed for that engagement, not by this general page.
